It's obvious but true, for far too long our voice, the silent majority, has gone unheard in the Planning Department of Cornwall Council. This is obviously evident, in the structures that have been built over recent years and the current batch of plans being pushed through the system.

 

One of the biggest dis-advantages local residents encounter, when objecting to these schemes, is the sheer effort to be taken seriously and us having a voice. As life becomes busier, with ever more demands, our time is limited. Of course, developers and their agents know this, they blatantly exploit it, and the planning system supports them.

 

We intend to change this.
